WHAT HAPPENS IN LAUGHTER YOGA?

CLASSIC SANDY YOGA ACTIVITIES CONSIST OF 5 STAGES

1.WARMING EXERCISES WITH APPLAUSES

2. DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES
